Questions and policies
Booking, cancellation, and privacy, explained
Find clear answers on booking confirmations, documents, refunds, and how WORLDORA protects your personal information.
How our core policies work
Booking confirmation
A request is confirmed only after WORLDORA reviews availability with the supplier and sends written confirmation. Please provide passport details and the documents listed for your trip.
Cancellation rules
Cancellation charges depend on the airline, hotel, or tour operator involved. Notify WORLDORA in writing as early as possible, and we will confirm the exact terms before you proceed.
Refund timelines
Refunds follow the policy of the supplier that issued the ticket or reservation. WORLDORA will explain the amount, deductions, and expected processing time in writing.
Your data
Privacy and terms
We collect only the details needed to prepare your quotation, booking, or visa guidance, and we handle them under our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
Your passport and contact information are used only to process your inquiry, communicate with suppliers where required, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Sensitive documents are stored securely and access is limited to authorised WORLDORA staff.
Our Terms and Conditions set out how bookings are placed, how fees are calculated, and how WORLDORA's responsibilities apply to third-party airlines, hotels, and government authorities. Visa assistance is guidance only; approval is always decided by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
